ZARMarketplace aims to provide you with guaranteed satisfaction in our service and products. Where warranted, we will either repair, refund or exchange products to meet your satisfaction. Some of the products advertised on ZARMarketplace are sold to you directly by our Affiliates. Such products will be found only within the Affiliate Sellers category. Such products will be governed by the policies and procedures of the third-party seller, from which the products are actually purchased, and to whom direct payment is made. Not all the products in the Affiliate Sellers category are sold through third party affiliates.
LIMIT ON RETURNS
- We accept returns only on products purchased directly from the ZARMarketplace store-front.
- The ZARMarketplace store-front is located only at http://zimbabweaidsrelief.org.
- Our affiliates such as Amazon.com, eBay, etc, post their own Product Return policies. You should follow those policies to return any product you are not satisfied with.
- In the event that you are not satisfied with the service you receive in trying to return a product to a third-party affiliate seller, please feel free to leave comments about your experience below. We will consider the overall experience of our customers, in dealing with our affiliates, in deciding upon our long-term partnerships with each of our affiliates.
- We accept PRODUCT RETURN FORM REQUESTS within 15 calendar days from the date of product delivery confirmation to customer-indicated delivery address. There are a few exceptions, including the below examples but not limited to these examples, to the 15-day rule: Prerecorded music, movies, and software products must be returned unopened.
- We do not accept returns without a purchase receipt.
- Customers may return products for:
- A refund (including all shipping costs)
- Replacement with an identical or similar product of equal or near-equal value
RETURN PROCEDURES
- Complete the Product Return form before returning the product
- Wait to receive feedback from ZARMarketplace
- After receiving feedback from ZARMarketplace
- Pack the product in the original delivery container if available, or a similar container and ship to one of our Approved Warehouses
- Wait to receive your refund
- After you receive your refund, please let us know
- Help keep us accountable, and also help us improve our handling of product returns by provide us with feedback on how you think we did in handling your case, by leaving comments below.
